Abhi to raazhaiye hardoaalam men hain dil uljhe
Baroze hashr khul jayega kya tha yaar ka chaska

Suroore maye bahaare husn per imaan le aaya
Wo ab wayez ka choota wo jo tha din raat ka chaska

Naya ek zaviya milta hai usko aks men apne
Isi bais to uska ban gaya hai aaina chaska

Ghirunga main nayi aafat men ye maloom hai usko
Wo chuski le raha dekh kar mera naya chaska

Agar main hosh men hota to usko dekh kya paata
Wahi kaam aa gaya peene pilaane ka jo tha chaske

Suhail iss per kabhi wo khush kabhi naraaz hota hai
Hamari hai jo ye aadat ki hai shikwa gila chaska

Translation;

The beloved praises it as a lovely habit
Enjoys she, seems she is in love a bit

Just now minds are anxious in secrets of universes aye
What desired Creator would be clear on doomsday

He began to have faith in intoxication and flowering of beauty
Preacher has left what practiced he days and nights,finally

Lovelier one finds a new and fresh angle in her reflection
Because of which the mirror has become cause of obsession

She senses possibility of my being circled in new calamity
She relishes observing my fresh acquiring taste-a stupidity

Had I been conscious I could have never seen beauty dazzling
That turned out to be of great help my craze for wine drinking

She sometimes is happy and sometimes annoyed on over fervor
That I have craving to complain in love putting grievances ever
